Fresh Harvesting: Fully ripe Iranian red grapes are sourced at peak season.
Crushing & Juice Extraction: Grapes are gently crushed and pressed.
Pasteurization & Cooling: Juice is heat-treated and rapidly cooled.
Filtration: Impurities are removed via precision filtration.
Vacuum Evaporation: Water is gently removed, raising the Brix to 65 ± 1 while preserving natural nutrients.
