Fresh Harvesting: Fully ripe oranges are sourced from selected Iranian orchards at the peak of the season.
Washing & Sorting: Fruits are washed and sorted to remove any defects.
Crushing & Juice Extraction: Oranges are gently pressed to extract the juice.
Pasteurization & Cooling: The juice undergoes heat treatment and rapid cooling.
Vacuum Evaporation: Water is gradually removed to achieve the target Brix while preserving natural aromas.
Packing: The concentrate is filled in food-grade drums and frozen to lock in freshness.
